混合法系
所谓“混合制”，亦被称之为“杂混制”或者“混成制”，不应该被狭义的理解为将一类归入另一类。被纳入此类的政治实体具有两种或多种并合的或互相影响的不同法律体系，有的因为运用区域的不同具有并列的不同法律体系。
